The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), an industry-leading national retirement services provider is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Solomon as their latest Regional Sales Consultant. Solomon’s primary focus is educating advisors and clients, large and small, on the best plan design for their retirement plan. He will be covering the Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio territory. Solomon will report to Jeff Schreiber, TRA’s Director of Sales.

Solomon began his career as a Senior Internal Wholesaler and most recently was Business Development Director with an Indiana based retirement consulting firm. Over the past 16 years, Matt has been active in both a sales and support roles and has become exceptionally skilled at designing and implementing retirement plans.

Solomon received a bachelor’s degree from Bluffton University in Bluffton, OH. Solomon has his Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) and PLANSPONSOR Retirement Professional (PRP) designations.
