NemeriX today announces that its Board of Directors named Ron Torten as new CEO. Vincent Mouret, who served as NemeriX’ CEO since 2004 and managed the company's revenue growth and latest fund raising, will continue supporting the company and its investors as senior adviser.
"We found Ron ideally suited to lead NemeriX into the future. His ability to drive operations, grow revenues and increase profitability will be critical in accelerating the execution of NemeriX’ strategy" said Steve Rees, NemeriX’ Chairman. “The board unanimously selected Ron based on his track record of leading a complex organization as well as his strong executive and personal qualities.”

Over the last two years NemeriX has built a great product, gained traction in key customer accounts and is now positioned for the next level of business execution."
Before his work at Agilent Technologies, Torten was most recently vice president and general manager for the Networking and Entertainment Division of Agere Systems. Previously, Torten was with Quantum Corporation, where he served in a variety of product marketing and supply chain positions.
Torten holds a BS degree in chemical engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of California at Davis.
