Construction companies seeking to improve their business efficiencies while reducing their overheads are being given the opportunity to assess a cost-effective software package specifically designed for their sector.
IT Group International, who operate from offices in Glasgow and Aberdeen, with future offices planned in Manchester and London, will be in London next month to demonstrate their Microsoft powered construction solution, NAV2CIS.
The application is proving popular within the industry as companies seek a software package which can help them operate proficiently and combat the many obstacles which modern day business can generate.
Among IT Group International’s current clients are Glasgow-based companies Luddon Construction and Cruden Group, Stobbarts Limited in Cumbria, Tewkesbury’s JP Group, and Aberdeen’s Richard Irvin Services.
In a bid to further increase their presence in the construction field, IT Group International is holding a free software seminar in the Microsoft Offices, Cardinal Place, London Victoria, on Wednesday, June 2 from 10am to 2pm.
The event will see IT Group International demonstrate areas of their Microsoft powered solution such as project costing, estimating, subcontractor and site based requisitions.
A guest speaker from Microsoft will also be in attendance on June 2, to both support and endorse NAV2CIS from IT Group International.
Elliot Herdman, IT Group International’s sales director, said: “We are delighted to have Microsoft’s support at the seminar in London.
“Our NAV2CIS solution is based on the world class application, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision).
“The event will demonstrate IT Group's innovative application as a complete end-to-end solution for the construction industry.
“NAV2CIS can reduce overheads, improve business efficiencies and contribute to at least a one per cent reduction in annual material and subcontract order costs.”
Herdman added of NAV2CIS: “It has been developed to ensure that it offers companies operating in the construction and building services sectors the most cost effective, modern, technically efficient and most functionally rich set of applications to meet their key business requirements.
“Companies are at last able to realise the benefits of a fully integrated financial management and operational management business system.
“Previous barriers to companies achieving this have been removed.”
As an extra incentive, all those who attend the seminar will be offered a 10 per cent discount voucher for their purchase of IT Group International’s NAV2CIS solution.
